Function & Applications
ISO 1167 Hydrostatic Plastic Pipe Burst Testing Machine/End cap is used to do instant bursting test and long time pressure test on plastic pipes for fluid transport, like to measure the damage time of thermoplastic pipe under a constant pressure. This instrument is composed of a main frame of pressure control, a constant temperature tank and end caps. For this product is of high precision, good looks, simple structure, good stability and convenient operation, it becomes a necessary testing equipment for research institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.

Features
A. Features of main frame
1. Continuous barrier-free work to ensure the integrity of the test.
2. Easy to operate and maintain for branch stations are independent from each other.
3. Main components are imported from Europe or America, which are stable and reliable.
4. On the basis of the meters, the instrument is also equipped with brand laptop or desktop which is connected with the meters by serial ports.
5. Pressure-time curve can be drawn.
6. Pressure value can be inquired real-time.
7. Test reports can be printed.
8. Computer can stop working at any time, because the meters of the main frame can still work.
9. The PC is installed with the latest version of hydrostatic pressure test software in Chinese or English which are free to upgrade for life.
B. Features of constant-temperature tank
Constant-temperature tank is composed of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit and temperature keeping system.
1. The body is composed of structural frame, bottom, 304# stainless steel internal bladder, and stainless steel or aluminum alloy outer covering.
2. Thick heat insulation of rigid polyurethane foam ensures the constant temperature and energy saving performance.
3. The cover of the constant temperature tank can be equipped with automatic lifting and closing device, which is reliable and convenient.

1. Material: 304#Stainless steel or Carbon steel
2. Adopting precision casting, beautiful appearance.
3. Include bolt, O ring ,vent valve etc all assembly complete.
